2024-25 "Best Children's Hospitals" survey includes nine UI Health Care specialties and once again ranks Stead Family Children's Hospital No. 1 in Iowa.

Department of Urology faculty, resident physicians, and faculty mentees will present research and participate in discussion panels with other urologists from around the nine-state region during this annual event, held this year in Indianapolis.

Under his 14 years of leadership, the department has consistently grown to meet the needs of patients and to support research productivity.

Team includes pediatric urologists, pediatric endocrinologists, and a child psychologist, with specialists in genetic counseling, pediatric surgery, radiation, neonatology, and maternal and fetal medicine available for consultation.

An alum of the Department of Urology Residency Program, he has enjoyed serving patients in the Iowa City area for more than 30 years.
