The Department of Urology's non-accredited Endourology and Laparoscopy fellowship is designed to provide intense training to highly qualified graduates of accredited urology residency training programs. 

This fellowship is tailored to the fellow’s interests, whether clinical or research. Fellowships prepare a graduate for specialized practice in a community or academic setting.

We place primary emphasis on the residency training program. As a clinical fellow in our program, you can expect to serve as an educational resource for resident physicians and assist them in clinic and during surgery.

To apply, you must be eligible for a permanent Iowa medical license. Please visit the Iowa Board of Medicine website for licensure eligibility criteria. Candidates will also be responsible for obtaining an appropriate visa.
